Return Policy

Items can be returned within a 14 day window of receipt. However, they must be unopened and in perfect condition and subject to inspection. Items will not be returned if the product is opened or damaged or thawed. A receipt of purchase must accompany the product.

Exchange Policy

Items can be returned if after inspection they are in the same unopened condition they were in upon purchase. There is a 7 day window to make an exchange.
